In 2017, we needed to complete a high level Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for a flagship feeder roads project in Gambia. The projects constraints in terms of budgets and timelines necessitated engagement of the most qualified specialist to manage both field and office task while engaging with stakeholders at the local and national level. We engaged the lead consultant at ESTC and the results were as anticipated.
